At SteamWorks Espresso, not only do we care how well your machines operate on a day to day basis, but we also place emphasis on how well you use it. We provide barista training courses on location. As important as it is for your espresso machine to extract at a proper temperature and pressure, we feel it’s equally important to know the ins and outs of the extraction process and everything that goes with it.
Not only can this separate you from the run of the mill cafes, it also gives you an edge and keeps your customers coming back for more and that as you know is very important! Our educational course provides your team with the basic tools and knowledge to gain the edge, whether you’re opening a new coffeeshop or have been in business for years. Training packages are a great way to teach your staff to talk about the coffee they sell. Baristas are your sales force–arm them with the product knowledge and enthusiasm that they will in turn pass on to your customers. |
