What makes SteamWorks Espresso different than most service companies? We take the time to inspect and refurbish each machine from the ground up; powder-coating the frame and body work, using Seattle’s own Seattle Powder-coat! We also hand polish every line and fixture followed by re-sealing with OEM gaskets and making sure it all goes together with what the machine needs to function optimally. Every nut and bolt goes back together cleaned and polished to our standards. Check out our short video below!

At SteamWorks Espresso we hand-polish and chemical-dip every line and fixture on every machine, replace inlet lines with durable stainless steel braided hoses as well as replace all wearable parts, and bench test every machine for at least 48 hours to ensure a stable running condition. The finished product is a clean, scale-free, and practically good-as-new machine, at a considerable savings over buying brand new. Each machine refurbished by SteamWorks Espresso Service is guaranteed for up to 60 days after install.

Made in Florence Italy, La Marzocco, is best known for using dual boilers and adjustable thermostats. They maintain a very stable brew temperature utilizing their dual-boiler design. This also allows a high volume of usage providing a relatively stable and manually-adjustable extraction temperature. This dual-boiler innovation has made La Marzocco the choice of thousands of high-volume cafes across the country.
La San Marco machines are made in northern Italy. These machines are the true workhorses of many small-to-mid-sized cafes, built for reliability and performance over raw flash. Containing a large single boiler with oversized traditonal heat exchangers makes them a simple yet solid choice for a busy cafe!
